I'm thankful that I got to join the cohort this year; meeting our group leader, Beverly, is a testimony of generosity. She has extended herself as a mentor and a woman of faith, creating a space for us to support one another. I think so far, I have learned that there are different forms of leaders in our field, and we face different challenges. We use this space to come together, develop self-awareness, and offer different perspectives to one another.
